Who am I?

Linda Edengren

I help people who feel stuck in difficult patterns around food, body, performance and control. With me, you get a safe and non-judgmental space where we explore together what lies behind your behaviours – and what it takes to create change that actually lasts in everyday life.
 

My background combines experience in training, behaviour change, CBT-based tools and nutritional support. As a former elite athlete, I know first-hand how powerfully performance, body image and control can shape your life. My focus is on sustainable change, self-awareness and building a calmer relationship with food and your body.
 

I work online, so you can meet from a place where you feel safe and comfortable.

If you feel stuck in patterns around food, body, and weight, you've come to the right place. You don't need a diagnosis to ask for help.
 

I don't work with anorexia or acute psychiatric conditions. If that's where you are, I'll help you find the right kind of care or support.
